About the project
BB HUT 1 LLC and JW Architects are collaborating to design the redevelopment of 7314 45th Ave S. This project is located in front of Othello Park near the intersection with South Othello Street. When complete, the new homes will be three story structures with attached garages and roof decks. There will be a mix of single family homes and townhouses with a total of 7 units. We are just getting started planning now - construction could start on Fall 2025 and the building could be open as early as Winter 2026.
